"But
the Angel said to them, 'Do not be afraid, I bring you good news of great
joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has
been born to you, he is Christ the Lord"

Every
year, members of God's church celebrate the birth of the Christ Child in various
ways all over the world. One of the celebrations we do at GCOC is that we create
a Live Nativity Scene. It is a great message to those who pass
by in their cars or walk by. We proclaim that Jesus is the Messiah
at His birth. Many things happen at Christmas time, but Christians know the
true meaning of Christmas. God came down to earth and took a form of a man.
He taught His message of God's will, was crucified by man's hands, was buried
and arose from the grave. He is a risen savior and through Him we are saved!
