About 72 ladies attended the Ladies Salad Supper hosted by Guyandotte Church of Christ.

Daisy Thompson and Angie Purdee spoke that evening on what the Bible says about marriage. A special in song was done by Katie Garrett.

Five wedding dresses were displayed and a good time was had by all. Jackie Thompson won the best salad award.
